My sister, Cherry, and her husband, owned a Bed and Breakfast for a number of years in the hill country of Texas. This granola was a mainstay for the breakfast buffet every morning. It’s a great recipe – not too sweet, enough textures and flavors to make it interesting, and it makes a TON! On top of all of that…it’s EASY!! It is delicious to eat on its own, or to add to yogurt and top with fresh fruit for a breakfast parfait, or to sprinkle over the top of a fruit crisp before baking to make the nice crunchy bits. I think you’ll want it to be a mainstay for your breakfasts, too.
