Appetizer: Fried polenta with tomato basil sauce infused with jalapeno and cumin with shrimp
Salad: Giardinieri with black-eyed peas, fried okra and green onion
Entrée: Chicken fried steak with gnocchi (white sauce as gravy)
Dessert: Apple pie cannoli with caramel amaretto sauce
